HIRING FOR a Permanent Administrative Assistant/Office Manager!! This position is located in Milford, CT and is FULL time onsite!

Salary : Up to $62,000 per year, depending on experience

Benefits : 401k and MDV benefits offered

Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our client's team! This is a small company in Milford, CT in the service industry! Great culture, good work life balance, and low turnover!!

You will manage a variety of administrative and office-related tasks and provide support to the leadership team.

Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll (for under 30 employees) accurately and on time
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Distribute Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to the appropriate corporate teams located out of state for processing
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various documentation needs, reporting needs (ex: OSHA), and administrative tasks
  • Manage daily office administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and office supplies management
  • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Payroll processing experience is a must
  • Experience working in a smaller company environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Milford, CT
  • Proficiency in office software and general administrative tools
