Job Description
Our Markham based client is looking for an Administrative/ Bookkeeper to support office and accounting operations for a small team with high volume.
Responsibilities:
1 Front office- manage office inbox, Answer phones
2. Bookkeeping with General Ledger -BV program
3. Perform routine clerical accounting duties – A/P, A/R
4. Manage the day-to-day purchase orders, vendor invoices and PO
Qualifications:
1. Administration experience
2. Knowledge of basic accounting principles
3. Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness- Self motivated
4. Proficiency with office productivity applications and aptitude for learning new systems
5. Must have own transit for bank deposits
Monday to Friday 4-6 hrs a day
$24/hr
