Job Description

This position will support meter and field activity analysis and resolution utilizing multiple systems such as Customer Care and Billing, C3, UIQ, MDM, and Microsoft Access.

Qualifications

1. The contractor will support the investigation for missing AMI devices, which are devices that are putting out a signal but were not reported properly during installation. The contractor will be responsible for locating the exact location of the device.
2. Position is responsible for determining why meters are not communicating with each other, utilizing the AMI NO Read Database created internally.
3. The contractor will investigate possible reasons and create a ticket to start field activity by submitting a Field Activity (FA). In order for the meters to read, they must be near each other in clusters.
4. Bachelors degree is required.
5. Requires analytical skills and prior Microsoft Excel experience with formulas and pivot tables.
6. The contractor will communicate verbally and in writing with other areas of the business.
7. The contractor should generally be tech-savvy and able to pick up on new software systems quickly.
8. 4-5+ years of experience required.
9. RF tech background is a plus.
10. Gas and electric industry experience is a plus.
11. The contractor must be able to work independently and handle work challenges effectively.
