Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Healthcare Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of healthcare positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process while identifying top talent to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various healthcare roles
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Manage job postings and proactively identify talent through multiple sourcing channels
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruiting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
