Position: Director of Cybersecurity Operations Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business-related fields, or equivalent experience. Extensive background in IT operations and cybersecurity, with 7-12+ years of relevant experience. 5 years of experience managing people and managers. Must have a background in security platforms such as Bitdefender, Proofpoint, and M365/Azure. Strong scripting abilities in languages like PowerShell, Python, and SQL. Industry certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred. Experience with IT and Data Privacy frameworks like NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, and GDPR. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership skills in collaborative environments to drive cybersecurity strategies and initiatives. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
