General Manager

General Managers inside a hybrid Movie Theater and Family Entertainment Center. The role is over a full -service restuarant which supplies a dining room, 2 bars, bowling lanes and an arcade.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of General Manager experience in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Guest-first attitude with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, and inventory systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha, HotSchedules)
• ServSafe Manager certification and alcohol safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
