Hourly rate $15 at 20 hours a week

Do you have a passion for making a difference in someones life? Are you goal driven? Then the Receptionist position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

As the Receptionist, you will provide great customer service by greeting, welcoming, directing, screening and triaging customers to the appropriate partner at the American Job Center in the Northern Middle Tennessee Region.

Successful Elements:

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
• Support Career Advisors with intake, prescreening, outreach and participant follow up.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Maintains calendar for American Job Center and coworkers
• Ensure all customers are checked-in the Virtual One Stop Greeter System
• Represent EDSI on various committees and workgroups as assigned

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize tasks, document visits and contacts, and maintain flexibility
• Attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
• High school diploma required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
