At ZonPrep, our goal is simple – to save you crucial time and decrease overhead by handling your complex, tiresome FBA prep needs. We provide a vast list of 3PL services for Amazon FBA Sellers who specialize in private label, wholesale, and even online & retail arbitrage! 

Position Overview

In this role, we are looking for a Key Account Manager that is highly motivated and data-driven to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, ensuring their success, and driving revenue growth. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for eCommerce, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build client relationship ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily inbound and outbound priorities and order tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
• Manage complex problem resolution and strategic escalations
• Create, document and maintain client programs, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Full-time on-site McDonough, GA required
• Proven experience in account management, logistics, or a related role
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
