YER HR Solutions is looking for a part time Office Manager in King's George, VA.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As our part-time Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to various departments. Your role will include ordering supplies, supporting company events, and assisting with HR administrative tasks. You will also handle mail processing, invoice scanning, and organizing office supplies. Bilingual skills are preferred to assist with explaining job applications to visitors.

RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Order supplies and hard goods, ensuring prices are fixed for a certain period.
  • Support company events, including lunch and catering arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR, such as managing calendar invitations and tracking vacation days in Outlook.
  • Process and collect mail/post.
  • Scan office invoices.
  • Organize supplies in the office.
  • Assist with returns and mail drop-off if necessary.
  • Explain job applications to visitors, preferably in both English and Spanish.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
