Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in the field of cardiology, utilizing their expertise to diagnose and treat various heart conditions.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and examinations
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
- Develop treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular diseases
- Perform procedures including cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and pacemaker insertion
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on heart health and disease prevention
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Board certification in Cardiology
- Valid state medical license
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques for invasive procedures
- Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems is a plus
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation
- Ability to perform botulinum toxin treatments for specific cardiac conditions
- Understanding of dermatological procedures like dermabrasion
