The Ogilvie laboratory is currently seeking an outstanding Postdoctoral Associate - Specialist in bioinformatics. This individual will be responsible for computational studies aimed at discovering new mechanisms underlying medulloblastoma biology. The successful candidate will have opportunities to generate, analyze and mine data using a variety of approaches, including single-cell and spatial transcriptomic assays. The individual will be a recent PhD graduate with high levels of energy and curiosity, and who is interested in making fundamental discoveries that will ultimately improve our understanding of pediatric brain tumor progression.
