  • The Planner is responsible for the Release, Split, and tracking of Work Orders
  • Establish a methodology to track programs that have been assigned
Provide status to Program Managers on a daily basis. Identify shortages (Raw Material & Hardware) and work with Program Manager / Supply Chain to resolve •The Planner will need to coordinate with Scheduler on the following; Monitor on-time starts & report adherence to the schedule •The Planner will need to coordinate with Engineering on the following; Planning adjustments Track Template releases Coordination for New Product Integration •The Planner will need to coordinate with Quality on the following; Assist with First Article Inspections Notify and track non-conformance parts Keep track of RMA jobs •The Planner will need to coordinate with Logistics on the following; Support with crate visibility for shipments Support with End of the Month activities
  • Align work orders with ERP system, JobBoss
  • Coordinate expedites as necessary under the direction of the Planning Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience, preferably within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Technical certifications such as an APICS certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in synthesizing information to make critical decisions in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive work relationships across functional lines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products and projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills are a must.
  • US Person is required.
