Job Title: Sales Manager - Car Wash

Location: Sherman, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $13 to $18 per hour + commission

Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the success of our sales team. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the automotive or car wash industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a desire to lead a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, fleet services, and partnership deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and emerging sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
• Experience in the automotive or car wash industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
