Responsibilities Include:

  • Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to store partners
  • Provides coaching and direction to the store team to take action and to achieve operational excellence
  • Monitors and manages store staffing levels to ensure partner development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain store operational
  • Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective store operations.
  • Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in store
  • Actively manages store partners by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve partner Manages ongoing partner performance using performance management tools to support organizational objectives.

Typical Shifts: Various shifts operate from 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Salary Range: $68,000 to $78,000

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Progressive responsible retail experience, Supervisory experience preferred, and experience analyzing financial reports.
  • Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
