Vaco has partnered in the search for a contract Technical Project Manager, Software Development, to provide technical leadership in developing an assessment application within the EdTech industry.
Location : NC-based-ideally in the Winston-Salem, High Point | Greensboro, NC area.
Role: Technical Project Manager, Software Development-contract through 12/2025
Industry: Education Technology (EdTech)

Hourly Pay Rate: $55 - 90/hr. W2

Overview:
Seeking a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex software applications. This is a hands-on role through the development of an online education assessment tool.
This role will lead a development team of 5.

Core Framework: .NET 9, Blazer, ASP.Net Core
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software application development.
Strong technical foundation and ability to understand architectural and development concepts.
Proven experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar PM software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
