We're looking for a highly talented individual to join our Travel Agent team! You will make corporate travel arrangements for the firm’s management and staff, along with reporting to our Travel Agent Team Leader who is based in our Camas, Washington office. The Day-to-Day: Book air, car, and hotel reservations for individual and group travel in compliance with corporate travel policies Help determine the most efficient way to make flight connections Provide unparalleled service to travelers by providing prompt, accurate and professional communication Monitor assigned queues and tasks throughout the workday to ensure reservations and tasks are accurate and complete Maintain ownership of each record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, membership programs, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client’s satisfaction Quickly assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions including ability to draw clear conclusions Perform other tasks that may be assigned by manager Your Qualifications: Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a corporate travel agent Proficient in Sabre required Knowledgeable on all types of ticketing, exchanges, and voiding of tickets Familiar with group and conference travel arrangements and preferred vendor programs Understanding of international travel, including fares and pricing, available resources and travel documentation requirements Responsible, accountable, and motivated Keep pace with others on the team and be able to help with mass bookings Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
